When you call or receive a call from numbers we operate, we may process your phone number, call metadata, and call recordings (where disclosed at the start of the call) to provide receptionist and customer-care services, create service leads, and follow up on your request. We use telephony providers (including Twilio) to place and receive calls. Recordings and lead data are retained as needed to fulfill the service request and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

We do not sell your data. Form data is sent via Telegram Bot API. Voice and SMS telephony may be processed by Twilio.
